QURBANI SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Confirmed booking in order will be done at the time of payment.
2. Slaughtering will take place at a UAE abattoir in accordance with Shariah Rulings.
3. Dubai Municipality holds the right to remove any part/whole of the animal if it fails to pass the ‘fit for consumption’ test. In this case MeatOne will not be held liable to deliver that meat.
4. The sale of animals to the customer/customers for the purpose of Qurbani will take place before the day of slaughtering.
5. Customer, hereby, authorizes Meat One Middle East to accept the sale and possession of animals on behalf of the customer after verifying the fitness of animals for the purpose of Qurbani in accordance with Shariah Rulings.
6. The average weight of goat meat would be 14-16 kg. However, the size and weight of the live animal sacrificed will determine the final share of meat
7. Please note that due to heavy load of Qurbani activity, it is not possible to provide ‘Brain’ and ‘Trotters’. Thus Meat One provides only offal (Kidney, heart & liver).
8. The delivery (if booked) will be done by Meat One as per the schedule set by Meat One management. If a customer would like to collect his/her order, Meat One will provide a set time within 24 hours.
9. In case of un-availability of the customer at the time of delivery / pick up time Meat One reserves the right to donate the meat after 24 hours.
10. In case of lost or damaged name tags, the carcass can be mixed up and you might get another carcass than the one slaughtered under your name but the carcass will be of the same weight.
11. Please keep the Order Receipt safe and hand it over at the time of receiving, the meat will not be delivered until receipt is given to our team.
12. Cancellation will not be entertained once the booking has been made

PERFORMANCE OF QURBANI AGREEMENT

1. Customer, hereby, authorizes Meat One to perform Qurbani/Slaughter of the customer purchased animal in accordance with Shariah Rulings on behalf of the customer.
2. The meat will be delivered on the day and time specified by Meat One Management.
3. Meat One will try its level best to comply with all Shariah compliance procedures regarding Qurbani.

Meat One offer to sell goat and deliver meat (also referred to herein as “Qurbani Service”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. Acceptance of this offer is expressly limited to such terms. Meat One, shall not be held responsible for any circumstances that may arise due to situations beyond its control. Refunds and compensations will only be limited to the value booked at the time of booking.
